Very rude on the phone conversation that I had. Basically told me that the way I spend my money is wrong and he does not want my business. ( honestly the way I spend my money is none of his business) but I will be transferring away from this agent soon. I think Edward Jones has some good agents but I recommend to stay away from this guy.
