Way over priced. Only get merchandise there if you have too, otherwise rent from textbook broker or search amazon. Students can get amazon prime for $50 a year, which includes 2 day shipping for most books. Well worth the money.
A clean place, but grossly overcharges for everything.
Book department is helpful, but if you're trying to call them for something, good luck. I know for a fact the girls there hate answering the phone and try to avoid it as much as possible. Called them once from in the store to see if one of the four would answer and none would. I called three times and it wasn't busy at all. If you need something, might as well go in person if you can. Over priced too so if you need something quick, be prepared. I recommend textbook brokers or amazon.
