I have been a loyal shopper and have spent hundreds of dollars on sports gear. After wearing a pair of Solomon hiking shoes for a week the laces ripped. I took it to the store to get some help. Instead I was told because they were not washed I could not get a exchange. As I explained my case the "manager" rudely debated what I was saying making it a my word against theirs. Fed up I spent my own time contacting Solomon and spent hours trying to relace the shoe on my own. Very poor service for the amount of money I put into this store. Denfintly taking my business elsewhere.

Great store. All staff encounters have been pleasant. Do love their sale section and wish they had more consistent stock when it came to items.( things always seem to be sold out or out of that size)
