Borrowed money back in 2015. Here it is 2017 with 3 months left on loan. Now I get told that back in 2015 I missed a payment. I asked why I wasn't told that back in 2015 that I missed a payment and I was told it's not their responsibility to keep up with that and let me know. I said well I used to have a coupon book and I asked for another one and I don't get one I don't get a paper saying how much I owe I get nothing and they say that's still not their responsibility I should be able to keep up with my bills so I think it's really crappy it with 3 payments left I get told that I missed a payment in 2015.. They said didn't I know that my payment went up, heck I just thought it was a new payment. I take full responsibility that I missed a payment, I just think it's crappy that no one could have reminded me that I missed a payment after 2 years. To me that's bad customer service
