Smaller than my old one in FL, but still great. Very friendly staff.
I love a nice clean store but more so I love a nice clean fabric store. I went in Jo-Ann's on a mission to find the perfect fur fabric so that I could make a boa to cover up my shoulders and bosoms slightly for a Christmas party. I was walking around the store looking in distress, so many fabrics and so many options and a nice young girl about my age came up to me and introduced herself to me and stated that she worked there. Home girl hooked me up with the perfect fabric that ended up being 40% off and told me to text a number and that I would get an additional 20% off of my entire purchase! To this day I will remain a shopper at Jo-Ann's for the amazing staff, discounts, clean store, large selection of fabrics and sales! I might even join there sewing classes in the near future. I highly recommend this fabric store for the people who are do it yourselfers or if you're just wanting to try something new!
I go to the JoAnn's in Franklin normally because it's closer for me. I went here because that one is usually really busy and it takes forever to get what I need and leave because of long wait times at the cutting counter and cashier. This JoAnn's was amazing. It's a little smaller but the people were so nice. I can't emphasize that enough. The wait for having my fabrics cut and to check out was minimal. The store is well organized and shelves neat. I will drive the extra 15 minutes just to go here instead.
I always find what I want and the staff is very helpful.
Using coupons was a hassle the cashier was not friendly and I did not get all if my discounts!! But I was over it so I left!!
