I love shopping at Sprouts. The workers are very helpful. During one visit I stopped in for the fresh Chicken Breakfast Sausage, but they were out. I asked the meat department if they had any in the back and they asked if I had 5 minutes to wait and they would grind and mix me a batch fresh. Excellent customer service.

The produce and meat selections are good, but the customer service is horrible. They allow long lines to form, and do not care. No smiles, no greetings. I had to bag my own groceries and put them in my cart. I won't be back.
Lots of fresh and organize produce, and bins for a wide variety of bulk foods ( nuts, grains, etc.). It's become my favorite local grocery store.
I hate that I have to come in here to get certain products that I can't find anywhere else because I would rather deal with any other store employees. I don't understand why everyone is alway in a bad mood here (with the exception of like 2 people, wish they were there more often) Heaven forbid you ask the deli ladies for anything! They're always the worst. Instead of making me a fresh sandwich they pulled something out of the cooler and it was old. Hard bread and meat was crusty. Every time I have asked them for something whether it be meat or cheese they get an attitude about it.
