I have uneven two tone(Brown and orange) 3 inches too short hair. The teacher and the student did not care. This mistake took over 4 hours! The only compassionate one was the cashier, who did not charge me as I was sobbing at the check out desk. I showed them the picture on the left, walked out with the picture on the right. How can anyone in the hair industry be proud to have their name associated with that horrible cut/dye???
Thank you to this wonderful school for my great experience and fun new look! I recommend that anyone who needs a confident and talented hairstylist to go see Natalie there! She is only there till October as I believe that's when she graduates, but you'll be so happy to have her as your stylist. She is a natural!
I had an excellent experience. Everyone was very nice. The facility is beautiful and Hannah did an amazing job on my hair. I had a Christmas party to attend with my husband at 6:00PM, my appointment was at 10:30AM, and my hair stayed in tact all night! I will definitely be going back.
Every single appointment I have had with this place has either had to be rescheduled or cancelled. I received one call when I was preparing to head to the appointment for my daughter and they called to cancel. I told them I am on my way and someone is doing my child's hair. Needless to say, a new student, barely on the floor stayed late and did a great job. If only the other students had that heart and drive..instead, they don't show up to work (which for some stupid reason is not mandatory, I was told) They should be kicked out of the program.. I was literally walking in the door on my latest cancellation and that was IT for me. My daughter was heading out of town the very next morning for Fall Break and I had to scurry around the city looking for someone to do her braids because the braider I actually had an appointment with DID NOT SHOW!! The most UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE place of business I have ever encountered.
I love my new look and everyone there was so nice,accommodating and also FUN! The director Lisa even came out to thank me for coming in and I could tell she does a lot to keep of the moral of the school and genuinely cares about her staff and the clients walking in the door.
