My little girl and I both went in here a couple of months ago and the guy that was doing my nails was a complete JERK to her. She sat patiently and waited for me to get my gel polish on and as I was getting closer to being done I told her to go pick a color for her nails.. he then looked at her and told her to sit still In a firm rude voice! UM I DONT THINK SO! He was so rude and it took everything I had as a parent not to say and few choice words to him.. So I guess they don't welcome kids in this nail salon??? Not sure but I know we will DEF not be returning! I spoke to another nail salon about my experience and guess who was working on us.... THE OWNER! Absolutely ridiculous!
Great customer service from all the techs here! Also, high quality in what you get. They offer (or you can ask) for complimentary water/drink. I love coming here!!!
Fantastic experience. I took my 92 year old grandmother and all of her great grandchildren and everyone was absolutely wonderful helping us get her in and out as she is very feeble. We all enjoyed a mani and pedi with skilled techs.
