Essence is great! She did my hair when she was with a different salon and I absolutely loved her! She is very personable and most importantly she cares about your hair!! She did the BEST flat iron job that I have ever had! I have very thick natural hair and she laid it down!! She also did a twist out for me over the summer and it was fabulous!! I like that she doesnt cake products in your hair and will give you ideas on how to keep your hair healthy!
I've just had one of the best experiences in a hair salon. This was my first time meeting Essence and I was extremely impressed. She is a friendly, out going spirited woman that knows natural hair. She was able to look at my hair and tell me everything I was doing wrong and how to make it better. She then styled my crochet faux locs and I love them. I will definitely be going back and I will allow her to start treating my daughters hair as well. Thank Essence for the knowledge and wonderful experience.
I really enjoyed my experience at The Natural Spot. Essence is very skilled and did a wonderful job on my natural hair. This is the first successful wash and go I have ever had. I will be back soon and I will be bringing my 2 daughters who also have natural hair. Oh, I should also mention, there was little to no wait. I really appreciate how she respects my time!
