The staff greeted me warmly, they showed me different styles and price ranges. When told my price range ($500) they respected it and showed me things only in that range. When told i may be able to go a little above the highest they went was bout $700. They dint try to up sell me anymore than the set range, found a way to have it paid off in 12 months with 0 interest. And will have the ring in shortly after its resized. Overall great experience and happy i went.
We've been there several times and each time we have excellent service and the sales people are so nice and we can tell them what we're looking for and they find exactly what we want
