Not your average pawn shop!!!! I've been in several pawn shops throughout the state and while traveling to see my son at MTSU we stopped by. This place is clean and has great prices. Most of the time shops are cluttered, dirty, and the merchandise is dirty. These guys clean their merchandise even tools. Pawn shop prices and Target cleanliness. I'll definitely being going back when we go back to Murfreesboro.
I recently moved and I had a lot of items to get rid of. I had heard Tom's was the place to go and I'm very glad I chose them. They came out to my car and carried my items in and they were extremely fair on all the prices they gave me. I was in and out of there quickly without any hassle. I even had time to walk around and check out their merchandise which was in the best shape I've seen in ANY pawn shop. Everything was organized and clean which makes shopping easy! The employees were helpful without being pushy and were able to answer all the questions I had about selling my items as well as about the products they were selling! I will definitely be back to Tom's if I have to sell any items or if I'm looking for any good deals!
I strolled into Tom’s Pawn over the weekend to do a little Christmas shopping for Mrs. Nacho. It was impossible to drive by and miss the Monster truck and sign waving at me that read “He went to Tom’s”. As I walked in everyone greeted me, even the little lady running a vacuum let off the trigger for a brief second to say welcome to Tom’s. Now I don’t know if was sheer coincidence or a higher power, but “We Will Rock You” by Queen was playing through the speakers. That’s my jam. Instantaneous goosebumps. I was almost motivated to grab one of the many guitars hanging on the wall and give the Tom’s staff a taste of one of my power heavy metal solos. I opted to save it for my next visit. At one point a young child started to stomp and scream, but he was calmed quickly as another female employee kindly offered him a free sucker. I think he was more interested in the glazed donut she was clutching, but he settled for the Dum Dum. I did buy Mrs. Nacho a very nice diamond ring. I can already see her smiling and some chicken tamales in my near future. Tom and the whole staff treated Mr. Nacho with the utmost respect. Great staff, great prices, and quality products.
I came here to pawn some very valuable items near & dear to my heart. They were very compassionate and understanding as I was in tears. They have been very helpful and kind. I have referred other people here who are now clients and I would recommend them to anyone. Customer service is very important to me and they exemplify the epitome of stellar service! So if you are considering using Tom's Pawn, please do, you will be glad you did!
I ran into Tom's just to browse around and I was very surprised to find fantastic jewelry pieces at amazing deals. They had Pandora charms and even high end watches. I ended up purchasing a few items and they even took my name and number down to keep looking for an item I had in mind. They also returned my calls when the item came through and gave me a great deal! They have a ton of clean items that are in excellent condition. I've purchased laptops, tvs, & even photography equipment all with great quality. If I've ever had a problem they've taken great care of me and always have been accommodating! I will continue to shop at Tom's!
