Was refused refund and sotre manager acted very condescending to me was not a pleasant experience ring was swapped but will not be going to zales ever again.
The ONLY place my fiancé will by any jewelry from, and same for me!! They are always super helpful and have a great selection of inventory between in store and online. My necklace clasp broke (which I've had for nearly 3 years ) and they are gonna fix it for free!!!
Went in for a return on a ring that I bought my girlfriend who had previously come in and was told ring wouldn't break asked if could switch to a different ring was denied first time.
2nd time after ring broke and manager was informed from previous visit we felt the ring was gonna break tried to get refund.
