I paid for and scheduled a phone consultation with Ms. Young. Twenty minutes after our scheduled appointment time I called and requested a refund of the money they had already withdraw from my bank. The last thing I need is a family law attorney who can't keep a scheduled appointment and isn't courteous enough to have someone in her office call and let me know she is going to be late. That's a HUGE red flag.
