I too had a bad experience w/someone there...I believe it was the same lady mentioned below. She was very rude & condescending to me. She preceded to tell me that I had to apply for benefits & get denied first before an attorney would speak to me..I am finding out this is not true. You could tell she wasn't even listening to me as I was explaining my health situation to her. It was as if she heard my age & just shut down.
This office has been a joy to work with! After my husband passed away, they were very helpful and went over and beyond to make sure the process of setting up a will and handling my husbands affairs were as easy as possible for me. Connie is a pleasure and John is just awesome. Every time I've called, they've been very patient and eager to answer my questions. This is a firm that cares about their clients. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone looking for assistance on estate planning and any other need they can assist with.
