I wish I could give them a negative star. This place is an absolute joke!!! Their staff are not only rude and lack knowledge, but they are no help whatsoever either. They are lazy and do not want nor care to properly do their jobs. They would rather watch a parent suffer, and let the other party get away with not paying; than actually take control and do some work. The CHILD'S well being is not in their best interest. Absolutely pathetic!!!!!
The head manager over this office should be fired. This place is horrible. The people that work at this office have no knowledge and they easily show it in front of you. You come there you sit for long periods of time then you here those words. THE SYSTEM IS DOWN. BUT EMPLOYEES BACK IN THE OFFICES PLAYING. It's sad that they can't do basic math. My calculations are wrong. They state that I'm behind when I have paperwork to state my claim.
I would like to start out by saying that I am totally respectful each time I'm on the phone with these people, but the majority of my experiences have been negative. (Whether it's no one answering the phone during business hours, waiting on hold for 20-30 minutes, unnecessary attitudes and just being plain ole unorganized) I dread having to speak on the phone with these workers. For some reason they feel obliged to be rude/keep you on hold for extended periods of time, and it's truly unfortunate.
i wish i could have their job! the only way you can get in touch with these lazy people is to not pay child support. then if your lucky you will get a call that usually ends up with threats of taking your license or putting you in jail... but still you never actually get to talk to anyone. just back and forth with voice mails and messages left with the front desk that if had been delivered in the first place, would have averted all this unnecessary deliberate and already frustrating process. i know it has 1 star but you literally cant give a thumbs down anymore
Just shut the office down they serve no purpose incompetent!!!!! No one knows what there doing I need my 1 star back
