Very friendly and helpful staff. I have never waited more than a few minutes before being called back. Love my doctor there.
I highly recommend Dr. Willoughby. I appreciate him being thorough, and checking my liver before prescribing a strong medication (that could negatively impact my liver function). He told me it is supposed to be checked every three months, it has been a year since it was last checked. I had my blood drawn yesterday, by a wonderful phlebotomist! And the nurses called me with results today, and my prescription is being sent in now. The pharmacist and pharmacy staff are incredible!! I hope they all know how much they’re appreciated!! I’m also impressed with the receptionist that helped me yesterday. I have had such a great experience, I really only have good things to say about Hope Clinic. I’m so grateful for the clinic and the entire staff!!
I love this place and have been going here for years. There are several doctors here who are all caring and amazing. They also have a great sliding scale fee chart for those without insurance.
Good doctors but customer service sucks. Even with appointment waiting is way too long. Sometimes an hour
They are very helpful and warm people. The doctors are caring. They genuinely want to help people. Prescriptions are reasonably priced.
