Called for medical oxygen. Advised they didn't carry it any more, "Goodbye". After being a patient 25+ years I thought suggestions for alternate providers would have been nice. Instead just an abrupt "Goodbye". Disappointed! Perhaps this is what happens when a trusted home-town business becomes 12 stones or whatever.
Our family has depended on Reeves Sain over the year for prescriptions. Their staff is VERY helpful. The British lady at the drive-through window always makes you feel special. I also enjoy their soda fountain with milk shakes, sundaes and banana splits that bring back delicious memories. Plus, they have a phenomenal gift department with unique special gifts. Our family is sold on Reeves Sain.
If I could give reeves sain a negative score, I would feel better about even taking the time to fill this out. Whom do they really think they are? Every single time I am forced to use them(not because of conveinance they close at 6 pm) they are so snobby and out right rude. The drive through lady is the absolute worst! Every single time I see her I actually rethink coming back another day because she is so nasty and rude. She refuses to extend her arm out of the drive theu so I am litterly about to fall out of the car to get my script. She gives nasty looks and rude comments like- I am scum of the world to fill my measly scrip there. Murfreesboro it's time we demand to be treated like customers again. Its up to you to demand kindness. Don't go here or any business that doesn't treat you with the kindness they would want. What goes around comes around and I am starting with reeves sain pharmacy! No more nastiness- you ruin my hour and most likely you are just one of many causing me to take it out on someone else! Enough!
I think they hate veterans there, a very close friend of mine both go there.... We have laughs about this place, they must be Russians! They hate us both, but I guess they have the right to be jerks.
