Ordered parts and told FedEx where to drop off where they could be signed for. Driver never stopped left a door tag where he was told not to. Driver was told by customer service to drop package off that eve he never came back. Next day driver told mgmt he was there he wasnt. I was here all day. Now FedEx says tomorrow not likely. All they have to do is a job that pays well and they can't do that. I will never use FedEx again either

They do not deliver on time and make up excuses like weather related when it is sunny or just don't want to deliver packages because it is an inconvenience to the driver.
