They are friendly but they don't do any maintenance. It took us two years of trying to get our mold in the heating ducts and the heating unit, as well as the rotting wall, floor and kitchen cupboards as well as other health problems taken care of and we ended up having to go to the city building and codes dept to get them to do the work. There are other people here that have a similar problem and a friend of mine that used to live here said she had a hard time getting repairs done as well. When we moved in we were told that everything was up to date and it wasn't.
