Clean, large, well decorated, friendly and efficient staff. They do Birthday parties and offer free pool for families waiting for their turn. Defective equipment is pulled and replaced inmediately.
So, our instructor was nice, but she decided to play a game, guys vs girls with us, we were excited for this, then she told the girls (speaking on behalf of my girlfriend ) to stay at the base and just shoot it, without even telling us there was a base! All the girls complained very much afterwards, but what was worse, once they split up, the instructor would corner someone, not let them move, and keep shooting. If we tried to run away, she would follow with her gun on our vests and keep shooting. EVERYONE was complaining during the game while this was happening, and ruining the point, to her directly, but she kept on. What was worse, once the game was over, she went WAY overboard bragging she was the best, while everyone is pissed that she basically had to be pushed away to keep her gun out of our chests. Very unsportsmanlike, and if it wasn't for that, I'd give this place 5 stars. That one game made my group leave very angry, on what could of been a perfect night.
Had a wonderful time. We're from out of town and visiting family. Beverly was amazing! Will definitely come back here when we return in January!

This is the first bad review I've ever written, but it was earned.
This was our first time here. I was part of Tod Musto's group(see his review) I hate to give 2 stars because, besides the very unprofessional actions of our instructor, this place was great. But our entire group left angry after our last game when she decided to play with us. Absolutely ruined the experience. We were here 12/2/17 close to closing. The girls we were playing with talked about just leaving in the middle of the game. I watched the guys get more and more angry. I have never left a bad review either, but when she started boasting afterwards, after several people telling her she ruined the game, it ruined our entire night. I understand she was just having fun, but we paid for the game, she didn't. For those reading this, past that experience, it was a great time.
