-at some time I did had names of officers who did not allowed me to make phone calls and just about everything on my own personal log... lost all the log during my preparation to come back to Afghanistan again...
I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO THE RUTHERFORD COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE, I WAS JUST WATCHING THE NEWS ON CHANNEL 4, AND THEY WERE TELLING HOW THE SHERIFF REFUSES TO TAKE DOWN THE TEN COMMANDMENTS, AND I WOULD JUST LIKE TO SAY, THAT I WISH MORE OFFICIALS WOULD STAND UP FOR THE CHRISTIAN BELIEF, AND WHAT GOD HAS DONE FOR US ALL! IT IS SO SAD TO ME, THAT PRAYER HAS BEEN TAKEN OUT OF SCHOOLS, ETC., AND I JUST THINK IT IS AWESOME THAT YOUR SHERIFF, STANDS FOR WHAT HE BELIEVES. I LIVE IN KENTUCKY, IN A SMALL TOWN, AND I WISH ALL OUR OFFICIALS WOULD STAND UP, FOR THE AMERICAN CHRISTIAN BELIEFS!
I was with a cell mate that was being convicted of killing 2 or 3 other Americans, The Sheriffs Dep. at any time did not had any prove of what I was been convicted for and in late Nov. 2012 I was standing in front of the Judge with no lawyer and took the charge of MY FIRST DUI....
*** I wish the best on all the people being held in RUTHERFORD county jail and just hope everybody gets a fair court trial***
There are many reasons why I would have negative feelings about the sheriff's department. I've never been arrested from them. Never committed a crime. But they come to my house and treated me like I was a criminal. And I never met these people before in my life. There on video stealing my US mail, with my ex wife's permission they kicked in 3 doors in my house. One was unlocked. The unplugged and disabled my video cameras that were there to protect them as well as it bus. Judge for yourself, however I think they are excessively aggressive and threatening and intimidating without cause.
Early Nov. 2012 a returning Soldier from Afghanistan was stopped and charged with a DUI (my self). I was not given the right to a free phone call to contact any lawyer and this was requested every day.
Heaven help you if you need to get in touch with someone via phone other than 911.
