If you've had bad wireless support in this area it's time for you to consider changing your preferred location to Boost support and service.
This establishment overall lacks communication. It is one of the most unprofessional businesses you will ever come to. They can accidentally charge your credit card an amount they were not suppose to and will not take any responsibility for their actions or assure you will get resolved. They will not always go the extra mile to help someone unless it somehow benefits them. But would you like a screen protector or phone case with that? We sell hot waters and potato chips too.
The people that work here are wonderful. Been using this store for years. I always come back because of their customer service.

Good honest people providing great service..
They do not regularly go over their phone policy with their customers. You cannot take your phone back an hour later for any reason unless you want to pay a restocking fee. They will not always show you a display of a phone you are buying until after they have deactivated your current phone.
