Madden has been here twice to be groomed. The staff is so friendly and the groomers are incredible. I have been so satisfied with my dogs smell and appearance upon picking her up!!! So very thankful I have found Doggies Day Out!
My dog LOVES getting to board here. We use them once or twice a year, and the staff is always delightful to work with. The prices are comparable to other kennels, but Doggie's Day Out is different because they are cage-free! I love knowing that my furbaby is happy and roaming free all day while we are away!
We moved out of Murfreesboro and still bring our dogs here. Wouldn't take them anywhere else.
Will not use again for boarding. Very disappointed to see my dogs eyes very dirty and covered with crusty drainage when I arrived to pick him up. When I questioned one of the attendants why did they not clean his eyes , the response was I did yesterday. Did not appear that any of the treats were given to him that I packed and the food portions that I had very detailed were not given and still in his bag. I chose this place based on the reviews and the idea of a cage free environment but when I leave specific instructions for feeding and I am assured that it will be followed then I expect that. And I would also expect that someone could gently clean around my dogs eyes if obvious build up is observed. Will never use again, very disappointed.
The staff is very friendly and loves dogs! I love taking my dog here! Every time I say day care she goes and gets her lease! My dog loves it and comes home so tired!
The staff is friendly, know them by name and treat them like their own.
We also love getting them the homemade, wholesome treats that they have for sale.
