Automated phone system is terrible and terrible me consuming
Tried to find the phone number for the financial center online. Impossible!!!! Had to go to 800 number. A litany of options to go thru only to wind up on hold for over 15 minutes. All to get a phone number.
I am disgusted with regions bank. I have been banking with them for years. I recently had to quit my job to care for my father on hospice. I called to close my account twice to avoid payments coming thru. I was not only talked into keeping my account open, but promised that they could stop payment to avoid any money lost. Needless to say I've lost over $700 because 2 payments went thru. I spoke with multiple people and all made different promises. NOBODY WILL REFUND ME THE MONEY even though I REQUESTED TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!!!!! So now i have to find the money yo cover my household bills. I will never bank with them again!! Very unprofessional
I love the bank. Very helpful ,very nice people and make sure everything is done properly
ATM shorted me 270 bucks, trying to get the money put back in my account on a Saturday, it's impossible!!! I have to wait until Monday even though I work two jobs, in order to make things convenient for them!!!
