Pretty good restaurant. Allows you to customize your bowl with however many proteins and veg you can fit in your bowl. Great variety, though they need to work on keeping the proteins from each other in the bar, otherwise cross-contamination might be an issue. I understand that it's mostly the customers who do this, but a little cleanup between groups of people wouldn't be amiss. Good service, though the prices are higher than I prefer.
Great concept being able to create your own stir fry from different combinations of meats, vegetables, and seasonings. Only takes around 5 minutes until you're able to eat your creation!
Quiet & not a lot of traffic the day before Thanksgiving. Bar was clean. Waitress was nice. This location was smaller than previous Genghis grills I've visited. No brown rice. No sweet & sour sauce that day, but overall experience was nice.
So while the food is great, the last three times we have come here there has been a 30+ minute wait. Not because they were super busy, but because no one bused the tables of past patrons. Like today, there are about 9 available tables with 4 groups of people waiting to be seated, but all the tables have plates on them. Something needs to be done about this, as this is not good management. A long wait because of dirty tables is ridiculous.
