Husband bought a Groupon for me for $75...they booked an appointment months out and then cancelled it the day before so that my Groupon expired. They refused to do anything about it and robbed my husband of the entire purchase price and were insanely rude on the phone multiple times. It got so bad that now I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. DON'T GO HERE! Read all of the reviews...look how they've treated people! Just unbelievable.
I have my own therapist but had a gift certificate to use here. This was the worst massage experience ever. Poorly trained therapist. Could not wait for it to be over. Then felt mislead by front desk staff. Presented gift certificate that clearly stated couples massage, she said it didn't cover all of my cost, even though I did not upgrade at all. I ended up paying more than I normally pay to my regular therapist and it was a terrible experience. I will not go back and will never recommend.
Wonderful massages by Roseanne. Have had two so far and her deep tissues are perfection. Front of house staff are funny and nice and very helpful. Looking forward to using my membership here.
