Well I have no idea who “ Yazan Musleh” or “Mary Huskey” is being and they have never been my clients. I’m assuming these are false reviews out of spite or just to an attempt to trash business. For valid reviews that are only accepted after purchase please check Facebook or Groupon
If there was an option to put 0 stars i would. Room was small and the material used obviously contained chemicals because of the smell. Jasmine the person who did my hair didn't get us the results she promised. Also, she was very rude. Worst customer service i've ever received. The reception said they cant do anything about it, and thats just bad on the companies name. Would never go there again, and wouldn't recommend this place.
This was a terrible experience. Although salons by JC is essentially an apartment complex for salon type businesses, the room that my hairstylist occupied was tiny, like a small bedroom and the fumes from when she colored my hair were so thick it was hard to breathe. In addition the lady who colored my hair (Dara) failed to adequately cover a huge swath and it was only too obvious although she was going to let me leave like that if I had not said anything. There was no sense of professional pride whatsoever and she kept trying to raise the price on me before she had even finished as though she knew that she had messed up and would have to redo the color. There was no apology either, even after I discovered that she had ruined my shirt with the dye. Furthermore, she continued to accept several other clients throughout the process, maybe if Dara had been paying more attention my experience would've been better. I will never go back and really regret going in there the one time.
Very bad and rude way to deal/talk to customers. Terrible experience. Would never refer anyone or go back. Espicially Jasmine, reception wouldnt do anything about it, gives the company a bad name.
