Love this salon!! Well worth the hour drive for me to get there. See Amanda, she's fantastic with color and cuts...i trust her with anything in regards to my hair.
My daughter went to tangerine yesterday and she showed a picture of what she wanted her hair to look like. Burgundy color. When she was done it was fried and blonde, orange, and red. She literally looked like a clown. Her being a teen and timid she was scared to express how it looked. She immediately called crying and asked what to do. I sent her to another salon to fix it and I called the manager Tara where I asked for a refund and expressed disappointment that they would let her walk out like this. She said she would call back after speaking to others. She called back and said the owner said he didn’t feel a refund should be given it was a beautiful service. I explained that when a customer looks like a clown and has to go get it fixed and crying it is not a beautiful service. If you don’t want your hair fried and look like a clown don’t go here. Bad work and bad service!
A little pricey, but a great experience! very friendly staff, extremely attentive to details.
Jillian is literally the best. She has always made me feel more like family than just another client. It's been a few months since I've been in, but I look forward to my next trip. The whole place is beautiful, good music, and everyone is so friendly. It is worth every last penny.
