Great experience at this car wash. Everything worked as it should. It seemed a little pricey but within reason. There are no other car wash in this area so I appreciate the convenience.
Took my full size pickup truck there the other day, and they did just an average job getting the curves in the body panels clean. Also left many small spots of dirt and debris on flat panels, which I was able to remove by hand. I got the one above the minimum charge, which included wheel wash, and a couple other things I can't recall. Just barely worth the cost. The free vacuum is nice, but not very powerful. Had to redo floors several times to get all clean. The hose is not long enough to do both sides, so had to use two different vacuums to get the whole interior clean. It's the closest one to where I live, which was a factor in my decision to go there. Maybe I'll drive a little further next time.
I spent 20 minutes with a microfiber cloth scrubbing my truck after the wash. It didn't hardly clean it! There was still bird poop on my hood...
The vacuums had good suction, floor mat cleaner is free and the grounds are well maintained.
Paid for platinum car wash. Can't even tell I had it washed. Very poor job on the windshield and rocker panels. Wondering how on a steady business day they even know what level of wash is purchased.I was told the attendee pushes the button to change level. I have never seen him do so. I get the same wash as the customers ahead of me. The attendees seem to do a poor job on pretreatment of windshield, front of car and bumper. If platinum wash is this bad , I would wonder how bad the regular wash is or if that is what I'm getting. I even tip the attendees quite well.
