My car was stolen a few weeks ago, I got it back and while the inside wasn't destroyed it was trashed, they got me in 2 days later and now, aside from the minor bumps and dings it's picked up in it's life, it looks like it did when I first bought it. I plan to go back whenever I need to.
I really wish I would have read Google reviews before I went and spent $29.00 getting my car done here. Instead I went straight to the website, where I read about a local family owned car wash that has been in business for 42 years. So me being a small business owner, I just went straight there because I believe in supporting other local small businesses. Big mistake.. Really.. I have never posted a negative review on anything in my entire life!! I am super laid back, but when I got back in my truck , I was in total disbelief. It was literally that bad. I honestly do not believe a vacuum even touched my truck. Armour all was dripping down my dash, obviously sprayed and forgot about. Smudges and smears all over my windows, wheels completely caked with brake dust and swirl marks all over my paint. They did spray the fragrance to the extreme( but hey we do not live in France, in America we do not cover up dirt with perfume and go about our day!!!).... I would be absolutely embarrassed and ashamed if I owned this business and let vehicles leave with that type of service. Granted it was only $29.00, I didn't expect a detailed truck in 25 minutes but I expected a little more than what I drove away with. I don't know about you guys but I can tell you that I absolutely bust my rear to make that $29.00 and this is the first time I have ever been upset about tossing it down the drain like this. If you've been in business 42 years, I would make sure I stood behind what I advertised! The only reason I gave one star, was for the sweet and very pleasant lady at the cash register and the nice man who gave me a ticket!
Floor mats weren't put back, huge sections of the vehicle were not vacuumed or wiped down, the product they sprayed for vinyls/plastics was just that.. sprayed on. Had to quickly wipe off residue from center console screen and drivers display. Part of the vehicle was never towel dried and resulted in a huge streak.
Respectfully addressed this with the lady at the counter and quickly deflected to the lead guy outside so she could get back to her book. I was in the middle of kindly pointing out some misses in expectations to him and didn't finish my first sentence. He went to go get a rag to quickly wipe down one issue I pointed out, I was literally mid sentence. After that, a simple thank you and head nod and we were gone, not to return.
Save your money and use a coin operated pressure wash bay and 20 bucks in products from Wal-Mart and you'll be in way better shape and have enough product to endure 20 washes!
Good job. A little pricey.
Called to ask about what all they do, and was dismissed very fast. The lady gave a number to the "detail shop" even though I called the number on google for the detail business, then she gives me the number all fast before I had pen and paper and just like that the phone call was over. I just simply won't be giving them a chance. Guess I'll stick to doing it myself.
Quality is subpar for what you purchase. We were first time customers and paid for their best wash, Super Wash.
