I only give it 3 because if you walk in near closing time they spend the time to tell you how long before they close which is fine. Then you drive by before closing time and they cut off the lights and are are already counting money. So if you feel the need to tell me in a previous visit when your closing.... don't close early even if it's 5 minutes. You can't emphasize it on one end then practice something different on the other.
