Excellent customer service. Large variety of sizes and choices of clothes for all ages. I love how friendly they are at this store.

Outrageous prices. Jeans are under 4 different price points, and the store is a mess. Old Navy as a company is just crazy expensive anymore for such low quality apparel.

The woman online in front of me was still shopping at the register and the cashier didn't care that I was waiting. She let me wait almost 20 minutes till several other people got online behind me she finally called for backup. Poor training, rude cashier and the back up was rude too. This isn't the first time I had a poor experience here either. On another recent occasion the staff acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking where an item was located. I was rudely pointed in its direction as they rushed back to their ever so important conversation criticising another staff member!!
UPDATE 2017: Im done shopping here, the staffs push othe credit card is pathetic. If the customer says no thank you more than once move on, and not with the nadty attitude either. The clothes are garbagr anyway so I wont miss it.
