They should prepared for the chrismas season .. really slow
Murfreesboro location is a nightmare. The store is trashed, they are incredibly understaffed for the season and the line is never less than 45 minutes long. Very disappointing especially when Ross is an otherwise great store to shop. Maybe they are in the middle of a managerial transition but wow, pretty terrible experience.
Did anyone feel the earthquake today?? It happened under the Ross store. Items must have tumbled from the shelves and clothes fell from the racks. There was a gentleman pushing a broom that had a dazed look upon his face. He must have still felt the effects from the catastrophe this morning. At one point I saw a child trip over a Four Locos can and almost slipped on a raccoon carcass. His mother was livid and shouted something out in Spanish. I was the only person that didn’t get the joke. I will be purchasing Rosetta Stone after this experience so I feel more involved in different conversations taking place at Ross.
I am very disappointed in the Murfreesboro store, a huge mess. Things were thrown in the isles. Clothes thrown on the floor, and hanging over the racks. Floors needed swept bad. This wasn't black Friday either, this was the Saturday evening after. We went next door to use the restroom because it smelled so bad.
Mr. Nacho does not approve of this establishment. Adios!!
RUDE workers!! I walked in an hour and 10 minutes BEFORE closing and I heard one of the workers say "well she can just leave," while there was still plenty of people shopping.
