As a former customer and a former employee I can truly say Rue21 inside Stones River is terrible. From the cheaply made clothing down to the awful pay, I will honestly never purchase or work for the company again.
I love it for one I work there the managers are awesome people very friendly and cool people since they took over the store not more than a few months ago the store looks wonderful everything is where it should be and very neat
Dirty store. Everything is either messy on the tables or on the floor. The workers stand around doing nothing, not helping the costumers or cleaning the store. They talked about other costumers and what they brought. It was my first time going in there and it was a horrific experience. Horrible service, never going in there ever again.
I usually avoid going into this store. Just from the poor look of it from passing by, it urks me. There are always clothes piled up in bunches on tables, clothing and who knows what else all over the floor, and sparse staff. I had a gift card from the holidays I wanted to use so I went in to shop. I held my breath and tried to find some good things, legitimately tried. Everything is such a mess I don't see how anybody can find anything to buy in this place. I managed to find two fuzzy beanies, in two different places of course. So I proceeded to the checkout counter where there was a line of three customers, no big deal. But at the counter there was only one staff member checking people out. The other two were standing around, fumbling behind the counter with clothes, examining shoes, and discussing new year's Eve plans while we stood in line. I got to the counter and the girl checking me out was okay. Had a bit of attitude but was at least trying to put on a fake smile. She informed me my beanies were buy one get one free and was excited for me. I told her I was surprised to find this out seeing how nothing is in the right spot and there are so many different signs for everything you can't tell what for. Needless to say, i wasn't excited I had money left on my gift card. Guess I'll be shopping online.
They now have new management who work hard to make sure the store is better that it ever was! Honestly one of the best stores in the mall! There always nice and ready to help me make decisions on what I should purchase.
