Terrible experience at the store in Murfreesboro at the Avenue. When you have four ladies on the floor and one behind the cash register it just doesn’t make sense. Make it easier and pleasurable for customers to shop in your store. Be more efficient in your process
I wasn't acknowledged when I was there. I waited at the register a while for an associate to help me. Finally, after walking away to look for one, an associate walked to the register. Even, then no one asked if I needed any help. Also, I can't stand when I acknowledge the employee and ask them how they are doing first. This should not be so.
Absolutely love this location of the store. I will only come to this one. Such friendly staff and answers any questions.
One of the employees was following me and my friend around and listing to our conversations and kept making remarks about them. I understand that she is trying to help but I think she was a little too much in our business. I picked out a shirt and was carrying it around with me and then decided later I didn't want it so I put it back on the shelf and she immediately asked why I wasn't buying it, I said I decided not to buy it and she asked which one I was going to buy, I said I was still looking and she seemed a little bit annoyed. My experience here was not very good because of this lady.
