Had to schedule during school hours because they couldn't see my kids at the same time after 3. Pulled my kids out early only to find out they cancelled our appointment. Why? Because they called us on Friday and again on Saturday to "confirm" appointment while we were at work. Although we called back and spoke with an "after hours" operator that same day (Saturday 12:34PM to be exact), who said she would pass the confirmation along, it was not good enough. I guess we should have been standing by the phone waiting for them to call to confirm the appointment, even though we both scheduled AND confirmed the appointment. Not very professional. They refused to work my kids back in, so I refuse to go back. Save yourself this headache and go elsewhere. Read other reviews, this isn't the first time this has happened. Outside of telling them not to bother rescheduling appointment, I was completely courteous and respectful. We confirmed over 48 hours before appointment, operator told us appointment would be confirmed. I guess it wasn't, their mistake, my kids suffer.
We have been coming to this place for two years now and they are absolutely amazing with my four year old and two year old. My four year old had some procedures done and they did wonderful with her! My kids will be patients as long as we are able!
My little sister and nephew go here and they are amazing. I watch my little 6 year old nephew chill like he is laying on the beach while he is getting his teeth checked. Not to mention both my 12 year-old sister and him love the little toys they get in their bags and the balloons they get when they are done. And Dr Jack is so kind. When my nephew was younger he had to have a procedure done and Dr Jack was amazing with him and took great care of him. All the ladies in there are so nice and treat you like part of the family. I recommend this place highly. They are the best.

I have been taking my kids here for over 9 years. We drove an hour and half every 6 mos because this is THE BEST DENTISTRY I have ever been to. My kids enjoy it and the staff is amazing. Best customer service around. If they didn't take my insurance we would still go here. I find myself recommending them often.
