I did the hold my spot feature for my 21 month old daughter. Worst thing they could have come up with. My time was 2:41. I arrived at 2:38. Had to wait 40 minutes to be put in a room. Mind you I have a 1 and a half year old so I figured the time meant that’s when I would be put in a room. How wrong I was. If I didn’t mind waiting I wouldn’t have done that feature. Waited another 30 mins in the room before the nurse practitioner even came in. Worst experience of my life. And a total waste of time.

Was going to take my son in for a strep test. Asked for directions and swear to God, the woman turned into a complete idiot and RUDE on top of that. I then called back to speak to her supervisor and the supervisor was even RUDER. They may have a good medical staff but after asking a simple question of the front end staff and being laughed at, dismissed and not clearly answered, I'll go elsewhere, thanks.
Horrible experience, doctor told me to take off 5-10 days and then gave me a note for it but turned around and marked my file only one day off in my medical notes they sent to my short term disability company. I will never go to them again only MMC and my real doctor.
Would have rated it lower than a one if I could have. The NP was incompetent.
