Had the Shelbyville location install 3 interior slabs with frames. It took 3 months for them to install the last frame. I filed a BBB report and the company lied stating they attempted to call me over those three months, but they never did. They did not caulk around the doors or fill the holes their gun made on the frames. Gaps everywhere. I had to clean up the mess they left all over my carpet - tons of wood and nails. These folks just aren't taking their business seriously. I can deal with waiting the 3 months had they told me they were backed up, but it's the lying that I won't deal with. The work on these new doors were shoddy at best.
Called to check on the availability of some wood and the receptionist just hung up and sent me to a voicemail. I will not be dealing with such horrible customer service, whether or not they have what I need. Thanks guys....
Great service. Good product good price bought shoe mold. I will go back for any lumber needs I have
I have used Haynes many times with great service and advice. The most recent experience was buying primed trim and quarter round for baseboard. Their prices beat the big box stores by at least half. I recommend them!
