The ABSOLUTE WORST service I have E-V-E-R received from anyone! I had to use Ferguson because our builder has a contract with them. Not only did Ferguson hit me with $250 install fees for simple to install appliances like a range, refrigerator and dishwasher, but they lied to us about the true cost of our purchase.
When I realized that the dishwasher we selected was $200 cheaper at Lowes, I asked the sales associate if she would price match. You looked at me with the most serious face and said, "No. We don't price match. The quality is in our service." Well well! You might want to work on that service piece.

Fast forward three weeks, I'm still dealing with all the pricing BS and the sales associate calls me, while I'm at work, and they don't say hello or how are you today, they just jump in to yelling at me. They were upset because I called them on their poor service, incorrect estimates and horrible salesmanship. They told me no one has ever asked them to price match before and they didn't like how that made them feel.
Had the item I needed in stock at a better price than Amazon and others. Counter staff was very helpful.

Long story short, the communication was awful, no one should yell at their customer and I will NEVER, EVER, EVER go back to Ferguson for anything. Not even if they start selling the cure for cancer. If our builder hadn't roped us into this bad deal we would have gone anywhere else...literally anywhere else in TN. Avoid them like the plague. Their prices are tooooooo high and the quality of their service is horrible. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
I've gotta be blunt here...sales is a tough gig. If you're skin isn't thick enough to handle someone asking you to price match with your competitor, then you probably shouldn't be working in sales.
