I walked in at 4:30, waited at a counter while people constantly walked past me (I am the ONLY customer in the store), I gave the look of needing help, which anyone in customer service and sales would know the look, no one helped. I moved to another counter, still no help but a few more people walk by me. I go stand by the paint swatches again, another gentleman walks past while I ask for help by saying, help please with my hand up, he stares at me and continues on his merry way.
I wanted to paint my cabinets to update my kitchen but needed guidance. Tyler picked out the exact colors I had in mind in one swatch! He showed me all the supplies I would need and walked me through step my step what I needed to do. He is extremely personable and made the whole process so enjoyable! If you need help with painting projects, Tyler is your guy!!
