If I could give less than 1 star I would!! This place is a disaster! I waited here for 2 hours with my husband. He only needed to get a drug screen and a physical for his job. Four people went ahead of him who came in after him. Not only was the wait ridiculous, but the staff is soooo rude. They are very rude to everyone and anyone that comes in. The girls do more belittling people than actually doing their jobs. Thanking God I won't ever have to come back to this place.
I have read all of the ratings and I have to say that my experience has always been wonderful. They are always kind, patient and caring. I heard someone mention it was dirty. I have witnessed this.
Great walk in facility for DOT physical! Cheapest self pay rate I could find in town $75 and Martin Glynn, M.D. Was Great and super friendly. Staff was great, no complaints here except for wait time but it's no different than any other walk in drug testing physical clinic like concentra or cadueces which are terrible.
Great facility & great service. I've been seen at this location off S. Church street since I was in high school (2008) the staff is always very professional and quick to answer any/all questions regarding the afflictions I present with. In my most recent experience provider Natalie Patterson APN expressed empathy toward me as a patient and was sincerely concerned with my clinical presentation, I highly appreciate her quality of service rendered. As someone who works in healthcare patient services, I would have expected nothing less than what I received. Thanks Physicians Medical for the outstanding customer/patient service! 10/10 will come again!
Great walk in clinic! Awesome doctors and really caring staff! some times theres a wait (not always a bad thing), thats because they do such a great job they have alot of business. i would reccommend them to anyone. keep up the good work.
