Horrible, Dr. Bingham argued with me that my mother was OK to go home alone after pneumonia and a UTI. She didn't even know what state she was in. I had been asking for rehab after discharge from the "case manager" since she was admitted but got no response until they wanted to send her home.
Anytime we have been to their ER, all we have experienced is the very best care. Loving, caring people who are amazing! I love that a prayer is done in the morning and again at night. I love the way no one is afraid to mention God. Never once have I felt like my well being wasn't important. In fact, quite the opposite. I love this hospital and the ones who are providing the service.
Daughter taken into ER with chest pains, shortness of breath and dizziness. Did an ekg and as it showed nothing alarming, we are still sitting here almost 2 hours later. Please ensure you are critical to get reaponsive care here otherwise, have an extremely large book to read. This hospital could use a HARD lesson in customer service as they are either understaffed or really have a poor care ethic towards the people waiting.
Took my daughter for a 104 fever with hallucinations and tremors .waited 4 hours for a dose of motrin in the waiting room when asked where is the motrin the man got on and was told it had been sent for her over two hours ago. No communication and wait time is ridiculously and dangerously long. We. Ended up leaving to take her to vanderbilt childrens where she got taken back right away and admitted for pneumonia. Also when i went in for pelvic and back pain was told its not a uti go home follow up with pcp. Left went to centennial and was found to have a bad kidney infection and two cysts one was larger than a half dollar and rupturing so had to be surgically removed. They simply dontcare. Also a friend that went in waited five hours and come to find out they were celebrating a birthday in the back which explained lack of medical attention to their patience. Needless to say ifyou have a life threatning situation stay home or go elsewhere or prepare to meet jesus. But plus side labor and delivery is amazing and on top of their game.
