Very slow response time. We reached out to get a permit for a fence weeks ago and were told that someone would come out the following week. We haven't been contacted back after several voicemails and phone calls in and have not been able to move forward with our fence due to their lack of keeping their commitments. When you call in they route to voicemail and never follow up. Highly unorganized.
