Although I was not impolite, I was hung up on. I had to call several times, and still no payments though I was assured the problem was solved. Go elsewhere.
Would love a negative rating. 11 windows, 4 open some, security keeping people from sitting in chairs at windows not open. Yes, it's busy, but few ssa employees helping with inquiries.
There are a few young men usualy just them two working the windows 11-27-17 & 11-28-17 who do sufficent work.
This place was horrible! The staff are incredibly rude with no customer service skills. I waited 2 hours! Please tell me why there are 10 or so windows but only 2 people working?!? Also it would make things much smoother if I they had windows designated for correcting/replacing socials and other windows for Medicare/SSI. The wait is not the reason for my 1star rating. The rating is for the rude staff who don’t even look at you when you talk. I had upated my social after I got married at the Gallatin location and they were wayyy faster and nicer. I will not be going back to this location.
Make sure you get proof of everthing you done there. It can be mistaken or lost. Need to hire more emplyees.
Please give them a raise.
I truly hope every one who works for social security is forced to watch a sick loved one suffer and then have no money and are left in dept when they die.my grandad died on 20th.they made my granny send his cheak back that she really needed.i hope throat cancer on them and their kin.these people dont seserve air in their lungs.the security officer looks like someone who had a sexual relationship with his father
