I placed an order that was very similar to a combo that I did not see, when I asked the cashier if I could place that order I was told that I could not receive a refund and that I would just have to accept what I had already ordered. After asking if all the items in the combo were available, her reply was yes. I then proceeded to try to have a conversation to get a better understanding as to why I could not receive the combo instead when she turned around and walked away. I politely at first replied ma'am excuse me, ma'am with no reply which lead me to request a refund.
I had no experience. 3 people working in the back making pizza, no acknowledgement and the upfront person ran to the back when the bell rang. So much for character and work ethics in the younger gen. Will not go back for lunch. 5 min wait may seem like nothing but during lunch it is but I'm the only one in there .. hello service please..
Note: I also tried to give the manager a chance to listen to the situation after the fact by giving him a phone call and instead of listening to the issue he quickly resorted to explaining the young lady's story. I'm appalled bye the response to an issue that seems so simplistic and instead of offering an incentive to return this location has lost me as a customer. The irony is I'm not only in the customer service business as a civilian but I'm also a veteran and with a city that is so University and Military oriented I can see this issue becoming much larger and this location losing business quickly unless something is done.
Not only was the cashier blatantly rude whenever the manager on duty had to refund my order there was no question as to what the issue might have been.
how can you call it "hot and ready" when the wait is 30-45 minutes. GTFO. I CAN ORDER IT TO MY FRONT DOOR IN THAT TIME. Good bye for ever little Caesars.
Love the hot n ready pizza, especially when your feeding a big family like ours. But very disappointed we don't get dipping sauce with our crazy bread anymore unless you pay $0.93... which is outrageous because Kroger sells it across the street for the same price and it's a huge jar! If you were selling cereal would you charge extra for milk? I think not!
Love this Little Caesar's! They have the best customer service and makes you feel appreciated unlike some places.
