We were hesitant to return here based on previous experiences and recent reviews, but it was getting late and my wife an I were very hungry. We ordered the new Brisket Nacho, and received a plate of tortilla chips with roughly an ounce of meet, a tablespoon of cheese sauce, an no jalapenos. Our entree's arrived before we had taken the first bite of the the appetizer. I ordered the 6oz. sirloin medium, and it arrived very rare. I asked for the manager, and told him exactly what I have written above. He apologized but made no effort to make things right. Fortunately, there are several options in the area where we can get a good steak at a fair price, so there is no reason for us to return this Longhorn Steakhouse ever again.
Usually the food is spot on. Tonight I ordered the prime rib and it was about 2 inches thick and like trying to eat boot leather. Won’t make that mistake again. Next time I’ll stick to the filet.
My wife and I brought another couple friends of ours.My buddy ordered steak and lobster.His lobster was burnt couldn't even get it out of the shell.Very disappointing.
Well this adventure was WAY out of my comfort zone, but I enjoyed it enough to set up another painting date. I'm Very much looking forward to painting a moon next. Even by myself it was a blast. I've titled my painting from last night " Heimlich". In honor of the caterpillar from Bugs Life. That's what I think my fireflies look like.
Have been to this establishment several times and have not had a bad meal or service yet. Today our server was Melissa and she was very attentive as well as a very happy person which is important for a dining experience. If your server is enjoying their job it will rub off on the customer and Melissa has that quality.

Ate at longhorns sometime ago.Was the best steak I ever had.Was their this past saturday.Absolutely the worst steak ive ever had.Literally tasted like salt.Top was burnt ordered it medium it was more than well done.
