I called in for a quote and reservation and was given the same price in December that I had gotten in August. Since I had the exact same furniture this made sense to me. They showed up in the morning with a much different attitude. It took 15 to 20 minutes to park the truck and from the start they continued to stand around like they didn't know what to do.

My first experience back in August was nice. Then when in December I had to move again due to sale of rental, I had a very different experience. It was awful. BULLYING & THIEVERY at its best!! I will NEVER use this company again. And I will NOT recommend it to anyone else!

My experience with All My Sons was HORRIBLE. I hired a crew in Houston, Texas to load the truck and I hired a crew in Tulsa, Oklahoma to unload the truck. During the move in Houston, I spoke with Joe who I was told was the supervisor and was unsuccessful with assistance with the crew who was milking the clock as well as damaging almost every piece of furniture. I had both a queen bedroom suite as well as a 3 piece living room suite that had never been sat or slept on and both were damaged to where the repairs totaled almost half the purchase price which I had JUST PAID FOR THE WEEK BEFORE THE MOVE. After 13 hours of the Houston crew, I decided to cancel the Tulsa crew but was assured by Chris who said he was the manager that he would send out his best crew and that if my damages were in excess the .60 per pound would not apply. Well Tyler and Doug were FABULOUS but from the moment they opened the door to the truck, they witnessed that a 70" TV had just been thrown on top of boxes and had Tyler not been quick, it would have fallen to the ground. I am not exaggerating on this move. They continued to witness all the damaged in addition to a 400.00 TV stand that I purchased on sale doors had been broken off. I submitted photos with my claim and was offered 478.20. This would not even repair the corner of my chest of drawers and damaged to my dresser on my king size bedroom suite. I called and disputed the offer and informed the claim worker of what Chris from the Tulsa office had told me. This meant nothing. The final offer after months of putting me off, she came back and stated that the board would not go any higher than 800.00. This was not my first move by far and my sole purpose of hiring a moving company was to avoid damage to my belongings. My husband and I could have moved ourselves for the damages incurred from this move. I chose All My Sons because they were nationwide and although there were a few companies with high ratings, their sales pitch was quite good. Despite this because at the time my husband and I didn't know we had all this damage and he is one to tip, I am PISSED that we tipped the Houston crew. The Tulsa crew were also tipped but the were wonderful. (They each received 200.00) I don't or can't believe that the claims worker even spoke with them or truly even reviewed all of the photos of the damage that we incurred. So now I had to strategically place things on my furniture to hide the damage until I can replace my furniture. AGAIN,, THIS IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION, I HAVE THE PHOTOS. I will add photos later today. This company is just concerned with making money not making things RIGHT.

Awesome, great customer service, thoughtful, fast and efficient. Neal Joseph and Dallas were the best. I would recommend this crew to anyone. Joseph was hilarious he pulled a muscle while lifting but finished strong. Thanks guys

They also sold my phone number & address to marketing company’s. Oh and just to show how lazy/how much they don’t care, they left a very expensive large hand truck with wheels in my living room and never came back for it or called asking about it. Save your money and choose someone else.

Rodney Joseph and John Marc did an outstanding jobs providing our move, affordable, timely, efficient manners, great and outstanding Customer Service, these worked their ass off. Nothing was damaged, Best efficient move of my family's life. Thanks Joseph Rodney and john Marc for everthing. Seems like this boro Branch has a new team in town. Thanks all my son's fantastic company. Joseph works well with difficult customer's. There's was no air in the truck, because they were so packed tightly. Truck was amazingly The best. My furniture was severely damaged. They were three hours late which caused me to not be able to pick up my keys for my new house. So we then had to wait for another hour because of them, to get someone to bring me my keys. And they charged me for their mistake! Which was an additional $60. We were promised a quote of $219.00. It ended up being $858.00. we had four movers. Only two actually worked. That caused it to take twice as long which makes it also more costly because of their poor performance. It was such a bad experience, we were promised a full refund for our deposit, and they still haven’t refunded it and it has been 5 months. Every time i call to ask why i still haven’t gotten the refund they argue with me for about an hour saying that i won’t be getting it and i have to reexplain why i deserved/was promised the refund they eventually agree. We caught them taking breaks 7 times also when they were moving us. Then they never send it! I cannot believe this is still going on.

I had to go to work so my daughter was staying to supervise the move. Within an hour of being at work I got a phone call with demands for more money. $200 extra!! They put locks on the truck with my furniture inside and told me that I couldn't have it until I paid the extra $200. I demanded to speak with a manager who not only stood by the extra $200 but told me that I better do whatever I had to do to get the money I wouldn't get my furniture!! I told him I didn't have any more he said I better call someone who could give it to me. When I told him I was going to call the sheriff he said go ahead they'll just tell you it's a civil matter, and you still won't get your things and for every extra hour they sat there waiting for me to get the money it would cost me another $100. He was a heartless bully and didn't care about anything but the extra money!
