East Fork Rec area appears to be closed and abandoned. Nevertheless there are several excellent fishing spots but quite a bit of trash left by others. Twin Falls Trail is a short Trail but has been muddied up by the horses. This is the easiest way to get to the Lost town of Old Jefferson. There is a long road that is mostly overgrown and barely visible that will take you all of the way to the shore of the river
