legs ,muscle around my knees and to lose weight so that I can have total knee replacements on both knees. I called several places and went to three appointments to other aqua therapy places before I found one that could help me get into the pool. The others could not accommodate my weight with their lift and their steps were too tall. At Beyond H3O I was met with smiles , encouragement and testimonies. I left with hope so, I will be going to my 3rd session tonight and I can't wait. I drive 3 hrs.each visit 3 times per week but it is worth it to gain my life back. These people are serious about helping others. I am so glad that my cousin told me about this place. I normally use a walker and wheel chair but in the water I walk and exercise normally and the warm water feels so good to my joints, no stiffness the next day and I never get water logged.There are therapist available or you can workout own your own. I love working With my trainer Wesley. He is teaching me a lot. I feel so blessed to have found this place.I just want others to know that there is hope Come to H3O and find out for yourself.It has changed many lives. I will tell you what Mrs.Tammy told me my first visit..."You are worth it!" ❤

Scheduled a party with out knowing much about this place. But it was recommended. Called and was told very little but the gentleman did make sure my date and time worked. Paid half my deposit and that was that. Got a phone call 4 nights before my party at 815pm to get asked if i could move my party up a half hour because it was running into a therapy appt. At that point is when i was informed that i was NOT scheduled for the party room that it was in fact the therapy room which has windows and doesn't get as dark. Well I'm sorry I wasn't informed of this when I originally planned the party or even giving the option. Was told to come in have the party and if i wasn't pleased they would work something out with me. The day of the party came i walked in 30 mins prior to the start of it like the website said to and i was met by an older woman who was the ONLY one working as 2 parties were coming in. She had no info as to who called me a few nights before. Was told that all workers were volunteers there so it could be anyone that called me. We then had to wait for the therapy session to be over to get in the pool. I was provided with a table and chairs and about 5 or 6 floating lights to put in the pool which worked when they wanted to. My son was spoken to about not playing with the under water tredmill by the therapist which boggles my mind! Why have a CHILDREN'S PARTY in a pool where they want to play with these things. We had to use our own phones to play music and i had to hunt down paper products to serve cake. Website states that was all provided. Curtains only covered a few of the windows the remaining ones and the door you could not block the light coming through. DEFF NOT WORTH THE MONEY I PAID. Not happy about the services at all. Therapy pool is not children friendly by any means shouldn't be hosting parties in it. Most likely won't ever consider this place again.
