The food is great. The service is always great and provided by friendly staff. The playground is great for kids, even on a rainy day. However, the downside to all the positives is that the location is incredibly popular. This causes traffic issues on the street near the entrances and long wait times. The other location on Memorial is too far away to encourage some of the masses that come here to go there instead. Another location should be built at a location that is close enough to alleviate some of this traffic. A location on Medical Center Parkway would be great, especially with the nearby Avenue shopping center and proximity to I-24.
Unfortunately, the restaurant is often crowded causing the small side road it's on to be blocked. Also, sometimes there will be employees outside with tablets to taken your order but they expect you to know what you want because they don't have menus for you to look at.
I love this location! As a former leader with the company, I can appreciate a location that puts quality and customers first! This location is always leading the way with the implementation of new strategies to enhance the customer experience. The CFAONE app is genius! I am a RAVING FAN!
Great service and great food. The prices leave a bit more to be desired but the food you do get is delicious. The staff is exceptionally friendly.

Food always good. But I was a bit taken back that the manager was letting one of the workers sit on on the managers station counter top. Not impressed.
